Are You Prepared To Face Challenges?
There are times when vessels capsize due to faults within the vessel or deadly storms/attacks on sea. So also we as humans drown (failure or death) due to certain mistakes/bad habits or a natural phenomenon/disaster – the things you do today may hunt you tomorrow! If you do good things, success will hunt you; if you do bad things, the consequences may drown you. Plant your seeds on fertile soil so that you will bear good fruits unless the circumstances are beyond your control.

What Are The Habits That Can Drown You? What Can You About It (Them)?
Also, no matter how skillful a sailor may be, time and chance still happen to all sailors. Remember the titanic which was built by one of the best ship builders & the skillful captain onboard, they weren’t lucky enough to see the iceberg on time. Don’t blame anyone for the incident. It was a matter of time & chance and it could have happened to anyone! Remember the sailors at sea when the Tsunami occurred, there were sailors who for no concise reason must have cancelled their journey that morning, time & chance happens to all – put your trust in God and follow the inner voice! No matter how smart, skillful, & intelligent man has been, time & chance still happens to us all! Learn to be of help to people you meet because you never can tell who will throw you a life jacket when you are in distress. All men are brothers at sea, but not all those with a life jacket will be willing to share – seek help from men, but don’t take your eyes off the HILL from where comes your help!
Are You Connected To God? How Strong Is Your Connection?
Lastly and most importantly, no sailor ever sets sail without a map and a destination in mind. Having a life plan is the map we need. The biography that will be written about us at the end of our lives is our destination and this is why I want to leave you with this last question.
